                        Main warning signs for suicide are talking about killing,harming oneself, talking or writing a lot about death or dying, and seeking out things,hopelessness,dramatic mood swings or sudden personality changes, such as switching from outgoing to withdrawn or well-behaved to rebellious.You need to see if your friends or families or neighbours suffering from any of these and you need to act fast in helping them if you can or tell their care takers about the issue they face and you see.


                    Never ADVICE them which is a BIG NO-NO instead melt with them in their talks or sadness and try to create a major bond with them and slowly give them tips for improvement and stop and see how they are gonna react for it. If you see if its going negative side then withdraw what you said and support what they said. Slowly and steadily their mind will change and DONT expect they will change within an hour or day. You need to do all the support you can by communicating with them and NEVER LET THEM ALONE . You tell their families or friends too to be supportive for few days to weeks so their mind will come to normal via communication.


How to prevent depression

                    Depression is one of the sign which will start slowly for Suicidal people. Unless and otherwise they get busy with some things in their life they will get into the world of depression and it will take them into lots of boundaries without no one knows where they going.

                Depression happens with these conditions

  • Whatever things you thought and it didn't happen that way
  • Your loved ones did something terribly wrong
  • You did something to someone and they found it out
  • You think your fate is running out of your mind
Once you get depressed you dont see the Happiness upon yourself and with other people too. So you will poke things at them and never respond to them and go or swim in this depression world than coming out of it.


How to fix depression

  1. If things don't happen your way then try to get things in a different way
  2. Talk with your loved ones about issues and fix it instead of thinking it again and again to solve it
  3.  SAY SORRY to what you did and just MOVE ON
  4. If fate is not helping you then CHANGE YOUR FATE

You expected somebody or something to be your way or the world or the destiny to be your way, and it did not happen. In other words, you are simply against what is happening; that’s all."

                        

                            What is the meaning of it? Which can be understood only by Nondepressed people. The problem with depressed people is they dont spend time to solve why they are being like it. Did someone did something or did they did something to someone or whats the issue and why they behave or doing like this.Only thing they care is only about SELF and they will go on beating things what they did wrong or what someone did wrong to them and they never COMMUNICATE at all.


                            Unless you go to doctor for your illness how come it will get cured. Unless you eat something how come your hunger will be finished.

Unless you study something how come you will pass your exam.Like the same way UNLESS YOU COMMUNICATE with someone about YOUR DEPRESSION How come your loved ones will know that you have issue on something and how they can solve it.No one is SAINT like Vedic period where people can see vision and cure or fix things.

                        A Depressed mind will always make you SAD and its like a DEEP Ocean and you will go on DIVE inside of it instead of coming out of it.You avoid your friends and family and dont go out and keep it everything to yourself and this will make you feel what? NOTHING.Instead you need to do the opposite where you need to hang out and see new things and see other people and have to listen music or go to movie. Just to TAKE YOUR MIND OUT OF SADNESS.

            

                  Also sadness will make you mood swings which you will get irritated with your friends and family and to your colleagues. But did you ever thought did they do something to you for this Mood SWINGS? NO !!! Then why you are making them take Your snap for things they didnt do. Like you love your life and gone SAD for something which you think you made a mistake , They have their love and caring towards you too and you need to respect for it.
