                When you start a Small Business you always want to gain something from it.Slowly and Steadily you will build the business from scratch and soon it will develop into profit making for you. Once you earn profit you want to expand it more and you will build more franchise or branches based on the model of your business.How Nepotism comes into play here is when you want a successor for your business model.100% people will choose his son or daughter to rule the business and in that only 20% son/daughter knows the business very well whereas 80% don't know anything about it.But the workers who were with you from scratch cant tolerate this and they will do all things to make a bad impact for your business.

                They don't care about how much or how many things you did for them in these years. Only thing they care about is the business model which is going wrong due to your Nepotism technique. They even suggest you indirectly for this favorism against your son/daughter . But since you are the founder/owner of this Business, you will never/ever listen to employees. After few years the business will fail and you will blame all the employees for it but you will never/ever think your business fallen because of one and only you by favouring NEPOTISM.

How Nepotism Is Practised In The Society

                If you are living in an individual house on a locality then there maybe an Association linked with almost every society. There maybe so many members who will be holding the posts for president,secretary,treasurer for so many years.But once they are famous among members and then If their age is ready for the retirement, you will make them elect your son as the president even though there maybe other qualified members for it and this will continue for secretary and treasurer too and this been going on for ages.

                If you are living in an Apartment too this Nepotism always will continue and those members wont support this will get the direct impact on their livings.If they have some issue with electrical or plumbing or parking then their matters wont be consider seriously and electrician and plumbers and watchmen are instructed by Nepotist to act against them. Since they want to do peaceful Living they will accept you and your son and your whole generation due to this.But you will never think or do anything for the Society of people due to this NEPOTISM on your head.

How Nepotism Affects A Workplace

             Everyone wants to work in a safe and pleasant environment without any stress. But this will happen only in their dream. As a fresher you go for an interview and you will prepare like anything for this since you want to give the best shot for it. But what you dont know is the position is already been filled by a Nepotistic Managerial's Son who doesn't have any technical or soft skills. But for the sake for it they will do aptitude test,group discussion and personal interview for 100s or 1000s of candidates. Those who attend interviews never know who has been selected among them.There comes the start of NEPOTISM

            If some Firm really Hired some talent due to Good HR people then then the Nepotistic Chamchas will start bullying you and will put into lots of pressure and stress by giving you lots of complicated work and push you so hard then you need to either leave the job or resign by yourself. Because they want their own fellow to move forward and he has to learn from scratch and he has been given lots of time to rectify all his/her skills and there wont be any report by anyone against this NEPOTISTIC CHILD.
